Please read this page carefully for all the information you will need for your carnival weekend: 

Health and Safety:

• For your own safety, please do not sit or dance on the truck as this leads to accidents – Anyone caught doing so will be removed from the truck.
  
• Only designated members of staff will be allowed to board the truck.
  
• An announcement will be played if the truck is making a turn, please stand well behind the  truck at this point to allow the truck to turn.  
  
• Do not dance by the sides of the truck – This can lead to accidents related to the moving  wheels. We will not be held responsible for any person’s negligence.
  
• Do not get too close to the rear of the truck – The truck may/can make erratic movements  and stops.
  
• Aggressive behavior towards anyone will result in removal from the band.
  
• Please do not drink excessively, we will not be able to accommodate drunk patrons  
  
• Use of Ear Plugs is advised – Listening to music at high volumes for long -periods of time  can lead to problems with your hearing.
  
• If you have any existing medical conditions, please let a member of our team know  beforehand so we can accommodate you suitably.  
  
• Some of our stewards are first aid trained, so if you’re feeling unwell please seek help from  one of our stewards. For your own safety.  
  
•  Please do not attempt to drink and drive – Police are on very high alert when it comes to  drunk drivers. 

Wristbands: 

The Silver Wristband is to be worn on Sunday and the Blue Wristband is to be worn on Monday.  Please do not lose these wristbands as lost wristbands cannot be replaced. 

Food and drink will only be provided to people wearing the correct wristband regardless of whether  you’re wearing a band t-shirt/costume or not. 

Starting point for Sunday and Monday: 

Our starting point is Barlby Road W10 – Closest Station is Latimer Road Station. Please  see the map below for a route to Barlby Road from Latimer Road Station.

If you cannot see the  truck; please follow the road down towards Ladbroke Grove Road and look for this banner on our truck:

If for some reason the starting point changes, we will contact you beforehand. 

Our truck Leaves at: 

Sunday: 11:00am  

Monday: 10:00am 

*If you’re late the float will leave without you – In this case you will have to follow the carnival route  to catch up with us.  We look forward to accommodating you!
